MyCareTrac, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the secured site at https://mycaretrac.org and the MyCareTrac platform (the “Service”).

MyCareTrac is built for after-abortion and reproductive grief care. In using the Service, your organization and its helpers may store highly sensitive information about the people you serve, including care records, notes, group attendance, referrals, and survey responses (“Client Care Information”).
Client Care Information belongs to your organization. We act only as a processor of that information on your behalf and access it only as needed to operate, support, secure, and maintain the Service, or as required by law. We do not sell Client Care Information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your organization is responsible for obtaining any consents required to collect and store this information and for using the Service in compliance with applicable laws governing the care you provide.
